Cancellation & Refund Policy

All orders delivered within 4-6 weeks of order processing [if order is placed on a regular business day].
The delivery times provided by P C Crafts are estimates only, however we do everything to adhere to them. Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Additional charges will be incurred if an address is incorrect or incomplete and a redirection is required.

International orders are shipped using DHL with a flat rate of US$50 world wide.

Please allow 8-15 business days for delivery.

International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that may be charged by your country. Payment may be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

If your wish to cancel an order, please notify P C Crafts customer care at support@verolinostudios.com within 7 days of order placement.

Lost or Damaged Goods:
P C Crafts shipping team will mail DHL AWB copy immediately once the order is shipped to track the parcel.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipment date, please contact us at support@verolinostudios.com and we will track the order for you.
P C Crafts provides adequate packaging on all products for both transit and storage purposes. If you believe your goods have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and endeavour to provide photographic reference of the damaged packaging.

Returns/Exchanges

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase so we have allowed returns on all full-price online orders within 15 days from the day the merchandise is delivered subject to the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.

The returned items must be accompanied by the original Tax Invoice.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the return shipping costs to return goods.

P C Crafts is not responsible for loss or damage of goods through return shipping. However, if this situation arises we will do our best to work with you (the customer) to reach a positive outcome/solution.

An exchange will not be facilitated on used or worn goods.

No shipping costs will be refunded, including initial shipping costs relating to an exchange.
