All our international shipment orders are shipped via DHL and UPS. Our logistic partners are DHL and UPS.

Please allow 10-15 working days as the lead time for delivery. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. We share the tracking details with our customers for online tracking.

Once an item has been dispatched, In the unlikely event that an order is misplaced or lost during delivery, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact us and liaise with the appropriate courier service.
